Best & Worst
Its that time you come to know the value when you loose him in your life but that person may not be aware of it because he has already gone. Whe you are alive and still people are discussing about your absence and highly appreciating your efforts from the past is a virtue or a best thing that can happen to you in life.
This year I have sensed it, parents speaking so high about me, appreciating my programs, my reviews and my counselling sessions. There were thirty students who came to vizag phase program with in a day time after the meeting, just believing in me and my vizag team.
This is the best response I can ask from parents and students after eight years of genuine efforts at velivennu campus. I once again thank the great fortune, parents, teachers and family for making me walk through the paths of my life to achieve this.
Call it Karma or balance of life, In the same Year, I had faced an unnecessary character assassination big time in social media for very small emotional deed at professional front. Stopping a mass celebration at Engineering College Gate while students are celebrating Power Star Birthday @4:30 PM. Spilling the cake, dispersing the crowd and being born as chowdary made me anti Pawan.
Truly, What I have seen there is not 25 Kg Cake but hopelessness of my young lads less than 25 year old. I thought they are my children, I am supposed to correct them as a teacher, its my campus issue but it became a national issue, yes people from US, UK, AUS started to respond in fb and watsapp. I am cursed and called names in media. People said I realised or panicked when I apologised with in six hours, with in eight hours I promised to cut the same size cake and with in 15 hours I arranged and did the deed in presence of local leaders. If I had slept over that night I wouldn’t be able to respond so quick and only me and my family knows what I have gone through that night. The first movie I screened in US, movie of this same star, I always had great respect for his skills and individuality but not anymore just because of his fans and leaders around him.The same year for the same emotion I always posses towards my profession made me go through the best and worst.
Yes, Its the same emotion I had for them when I celebrated sankranthi or Anveshana. It’s the same emotion which made me come up with numerous programs for academic success. It’s the same emotion which made me wake them up six in the morning or made them sleep at ten at night. It’s the same emotion which made me harsh to bring the best out of them. Irrespective of these consequences, I am still contented with what I have as I always say I am blessed to be on this platform and I carry my true and genuine emotion for students no matter its Best or Worst. I am taught to work with love and if you have to work with distaste, it’s better to leave the work and sit at the temple steps and take the alms of those who work with love and joy. I am never ready to do the later so I always enjoy what I do.
One More Campus in Vizag
Vizag Sasi Institutions added one more feather to its cap by renting a huge campus at Gambiram Village, Visakapatanam. A new, better and beautiful campus might sure added few more admissions. It’s a good decision with bad outcome of the year. Need a lot of face lift to this building over next academic year.

Sankranthi Sambaralu at SITE has become a signature event of Narendra. Sankranthi Sambaralu 2019 has been celebrated at much g r a n d e u r s c a l e r a i s i n g t h e expectations for next ones. The celebration video is still the most watched video in SITE youtube channel having more than 54k views till date.

We have been in dilemma when requested by parents about Long Term NEET Program, thinking Vizag Campus ï¬rst result need to be the best in Rank Number rather than achievement number we thought of not going for Lt over this year but parents insisted us to start the program, irrespective of the result. Say, no result , no spirit , no fun, so we started it and given the best to the average students. Keeping weekly reviews on track, personalised monitoring of performance on scale. Physics staff and Chemistry staff got ample time to spare with them and bring the BEST out of the least caliber students. Students were lucky to have ample time in clarifying doubts and relearning topics from their respective group subject. Staff is free from second year schedule being a new college we have only ï¬rst year students.
